• Software and applications after breaking seal

• Products found to be used or damaged due to negligence

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• We will arrange free pickup from your doorstep
• After receiving and verifying the product, refund is processed within 3–7 business days

5Refunds

• Cash on delivery: cash refund upon pickup or bank transfer
• Credit card: refund to the same card within 3–7 business days
• Digital wallets: immediate refund to the same wallet
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect

6Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold on our platform. If a counterfeit product is identified, it is returned immediately with a full refund including shipping fees plus additional compensation.
