2Platform Use

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• Use of the platform for any illegal purposes is prohibited
• Posting offensive or misleading content in reviews is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these terms

3Orders & Prices

• Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds and include VAT
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
• Order confirmation is issued after verifying product availability
• If a product is unavailable after confirmation, you will be notified and the order cancelled

4Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees and delivery times are determined at checkout and depend on your location and the store. We are not liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control.

5Liability

Hagatnaa is an intermediary between buyer and seller. We are not directly responsible for the quality of products sold by third-party stores, except within the scope of our authenticity guarantee.

6Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via your registered email. Your continued use of the platform after modification implies your tacit agreement.
